Soundfish license
The Soundfish application has no public source license. Its source repository is private, and Soundfish does not grant a public license to copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the application source, sound bank, synthesizer, fonts, or research. The @hraness/soundfish CLI, its library modules, and the Soundfish skill are released under the MIT License.
Hosted product
The public editor currently costs $0 to use. Access to the hosted product does not grant a source-code or redistribution license. Do not describe the Soundfish application as open source or submit it to an open-source-only catalog.
CLI, library, and skill license
The @hraness/soundfish npm package, including the soundfish CLI, its library modules, and the Soundfish skill, is released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute it, including inside another application, under that license's terms. The license text ships as LICENSE.md in the package and in each skill archive. It does not cover the web application, its sound bank, synthesizer, fonts, or research.
The official skill is published at /skills/soundfish.zip. The older edit-soundfish archive is retained as a compatibility copy under the same MIT License.
Third-party materials
MuseScore General, SpessaSynth, and other runtime dependencies retain their own licenses and notices. Those licenses apply to the named third-party material and do not establish a license for Soundfish as a product. The private source repository contains MonoLisa font files as proprietary licensed assets, and the hosted application deploys them as webfonts. MonoLisa's own terms govern those assets; Soundfish does not offer them under a public source license.

When a catalog asks for the license of the Soundfish application, use Proprietary or Closed source. For the @hraness/soundfish package, the CLI, or the skill, use MIT.
